2. Our Products Scope:

3. Project case- South Africa Light Pre-engineered Building, 7000SQM, 2011:
South Africa workshop project
usage: steel pipe production workshop
length 252M X width 27.5M X height 11M, with a crane of 30 ton, the crane sling height is 7M. The workshop adopt Frame bent structure, lattice form column. Roof and wall surface is single steel sheet, no heat insulation, the bottom of wall has brick wall that 800 mm height and aluminum windows that 1.8m height, skylight sheet on roof for lighting.
Client issue the order to us within 1 week after visit our factory, our hardware and ISO management system leave deep impression to them. Now, we have finished more than 6 orders for this client.




4. The surface treatment for our structural steel construction ( made of steel frame ) :
We have pretty good preservative treatment for steel frame as follows as per the highest international surface treatment code:
1) Clean the steel( reach to Sa2.5 Grade, China Code) , then we will spray paint:
Two layer epoxy zinc rich primer and 2 layer anti-rust paint( total thickness: 100-120um) ; Warranty period: 18-20 years under normal conditions.
2) Hot-dipped galvanized, when the thickness of parts is less than 5mm, thickness of hot-dipped gal is more than 65um; when equal to or more than 5mm, that is more than 86um. Warranty period: 45-50 years under normal conditions.



5. Our ERP System and whole production route traceability system for structural steel construction ( made of steel frame ) :
We have ordered the production ERP system as per its own characteristic, to realize the principle of each component only has one marking.
We realizes Raw Material Traceability System by sticking bar code on raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products and products ready for delivery, establishing systematic database procedures and scanning bar code database through code scanner.
Since the raw material passed the entry inspection and entered the plant, from cutting to painting and then to packing& delivery, the bar code will be transferred and pasted for four times for each part.

1) Would you send engineers to the site to guide for working when installed ?
Re: Yes, Usually we will send two engineers to the site, and the cost shall be in the customer account.
